Wii Bowling Leagues
Forget those smelly bowling shoes and that heavy bowling bag! Join us as you swing a strike or a gutter ball down that lane. You’ll pick up this exciting “new sport” quickly. Whether you’re a professional or a novice bowler we want you!

Water Aerobics
Come join Barbara, our experienced and professional Aquatic Leader in the pool. She will lead you in specific exercises that will develop your upper and lower body strength and improve your range of motion.

Line Dancing
Bring those dancing feet! We will be listening to some tunes as we dance, dance the day away! Line dancing is a fun and easy way to get fit and make new friends. No previous experience is necessary, as our instructor will show you all the basic steps to get you started. The first 30 minutes will be the beginner set and it will progressively move to intermediate and then to the advanced level. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and don’t forget a bottle of water.

Chair Exercises with Donna
Join us for an entertaining hour of ancient healing exercises and techniques designed to help release accumulated stress and pain from the body. The exercises are practiced either sitting in a chair or standing. Everyone is welcome!
