I chose the Villages at Pine Valley because I liked the location and the size of the apartment, which has a beautiful view, balcony, and bay window. The community also offers a variety of activities and programs to keep us young and fit. My neighbors and I have a good time."

"The street we used to live on had more noise than you could shake a fist at. But once we moved to the Villages at Pine Valley, it’s been so peaceful. Exercise and staying healthy is important to us, so we like to go to the fitness center in the clubhouse and we enjoy walking around in Pennypack Park. On warm days, we like to sit outside on the patio to have a lunch. And since it’s so nice and quiet at night - absolutely no noise from the street - we both get a good night’s rest. We enjoy ourselves very much here."
