The Bock Development Group (Bock) is an affiliate of Ernest Bock
& Sons, Inc., the general construction and construction management
firm which was founded in 1949. Bock is a local second generation
family builder with a proud tradition of building homes and commercial
developments. Their reputation for quality building and personalized
service has made them one of the top construction firms in the Delaware
Valley.
Bock’s experience and financial resources enable them to complete
projects of any size. In the past they have constructed country
clubs, hotels, restaurants, schools, commercial buildings, and individual
homes as well as independent and assisted living communities.
Some of Bock’s recent projects include construction of Springfield
Country Club, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, and numerous Pizzeria
Uno’s Chicago Bar & Grill restaurants. In addition, they
have completed fit outs for sports teams, concessions and facility
management at the Wachovia Spectrum and the Wachovia Center.
