    This class offers healing exercises and techniques designed to help release stress and pain from the body while lifting the spirit. It will improve mobility, flexibility and improve sleep.

    Join us for an entertaining hour of QiGong- the ancient healing exercises and techniques designed to help release accumulated stress and pain from the body. The exercises are practiced standing, unless you would like to sit. Everyone is welcome!

  • AARP 4 Hour Refresher Course

    Thursday, October 10th, 2019

    This course is designed to help drivers ages 50 and older improve their skills and prevent traffic accidents. A copy of your driver's license and of attending a class taken in the past three years (see below), is required to participate in this refresher. Call 800-818-4747 to register.
