    This class offers healing exercises and techniques designed to help release stress and pain from the body while lifting the spirit. It will improve mobility, flexibility and improve sleep.
  • QiGong Exercises with Donna

    Join us for an entertaining hour of ancient healing exercises and techniques designed to help release accumulated stress and pain from the body. The exercises are practiced standing, unless you would liek to sit. Everyone is welcome!
  • Line Dancing

    Bring those dancing feet! We will be listening to some tunes as we dance, dance the day away! Line dancing is a fun and easy way to get fit and make new friends. No previous experience is necessary, as our instructor will show you all the basic steps to get you started. The first 30 minutes will be the beginner set and it will progressively move to intermediate and then to the advanced level. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and don’t forget a bottle of water.
